The Number Of China-Europe Express Trains (Harbin) And The Volume Of Cargo Shipments Increase Against The Trend

From January to March, the main exporter of China-Europe Express (Harbin) was Russia, which accounted for 90% of the export volume, an increase of 253.41% compared to the same period last year. In terms of goods, exports are mainly organic feed, machinery and equipment, automobiles and auto parts, toys, footwear and other products.

In terms of imports, the return journey to Europe is dominated by auto parts, and the return journey to Russia is mainly pulp, sheet metal and coal. Russian imports have increased by 474.85% compared to last year.

The Moscow Berelast Logistics Center, co-operated by Liaoning Port Group and Russian Railways Corporation, is Russia's largest logistics center railway station. Harbin-Europe International Logistics made full use of shareholders’ resources. In the first quarter, 6 trains of China-Europe freight trains totaling 566 TEU of goods exported to Moscow, Russia were shipped to Berrelast depot, avoiding the congestion caused by Vorsino and other depots. Problems such as cargo detention have improved operational efficiency.

At the same time, in the first quarter, the proportion of Heilongjiang Province's source of goods shipped by China-Europe Express (Harbin) increased to 70.77%, and the shipment volume of enterprises in the province increased by 507.99% year-on-year. Among them, from January to March, local companies in Harbin shipped a total of 5290TEU, and the proportion of local companies in Harbin increased to 50.22%.
