China-Europe Express Trains Exceed 40,000, With A Value Of More Than 200 Billion U.S. Dollars

Up to now, the cumulative number of China-Europe freight trains has exceeded 40,000, with a total value of more than 200 billion U.S. dollars. It has opened 73 operating routes and reached more than 160 cities in 22 European countries. Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia, the China-Europe Express has shipped a total of 11.99 million anti-epidemic materials to Europe. In March 2011, the first China-Europe Express train departed from Chongqing to Duisburg, Germany, opening the prelude to the innovative development of China-Europe Express.
