Belarus Extends Ban On Exports Of Wheat Flour And Buckwheat

Belarusian government press center, July 6 news: In order to protect the domestic market, the country has extended the export ban on wheat flour and buckwheat for 3 months, involving products including soft wheat and spelt wheat flour, buckwheat whole wheat, hulled buckwheat grains , Buckwheat products, etc.

Belarus has implemented a temporary ban on the export of wheat flour and buckwheat several times, the most recent implementation date: March 15 to June 15, 2022.

The President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said on July 5 that the country does not intend to export food.
